Swell Time

Moving forward, just not sure where we're going, but at least we're having a swell time when we do it.

Thank you

Think of brave and we often think of heroes.  People who are willing to stand up and put themselves on the line.  Many of us, think that the only type of hero is the one who wears a uniform, someone who is willing to fight or run towards danger when everyone else is running away.  That is brave, yes.  And the men and women who wear a uniform are well trained to act in the face of danger.

But being brave and being a hero take many forms.  We have to acknowledge the bravery of people who put it all on the line for social change.  It takes a great deal of courage to stand up and challenge society and to tell people that they might be wrong.

This type of brave is often overlooked.  But I think we need to seek it out and when we see it we need to say thank you.
