Moving forward, just not sure where we're going, but at least we're having a swell time when we do it.
Happy New Year- time to kick off those resolutions. Wait a minute, New Year’s Eve is a Thursday so we have a weekend buffer before we really need to get hot on those resolutions. So for everyone who plans to get healthy through diet and exercise go crazy this weekend and start fresh on Monday.
Interesting that we give ourselves permission to binge and go crazy when it comes to food, but it doesn’t have the same ring when it comes to other things. Go crazy binge on drugs, alcohol. Or maybe we’ll start the savings plan come Monday so spend like crazy until then.
Binging doesn’t work, so why do we allow ourselves to overeat before transitioning to healthy eating?
